Bell intends to help their consumers live, drive, ride, and thrive. The shell of the Tactical Helmet is made from a lightweight fiberglass. In fact the RS-2 helmet is lighter than the RS-1 helmets. The shield on the RS-2 Tactical Helmet part of drop-down sun shield system. This is also eyewear compatible.
The construction of this helmet is a modern take on the original design of the open face helmet Bell released in 1967. Bell has converted the open face to a full face covered helmet with this design. The Tactical Helmet comes in 3 styles and 6 shell sizes ranging from XS-XXL. The design on the surface on of the tactical helmet uses line and color to highlight the color palette of the particular style. All styles use a black base with a strong grey. The highlight colors are, red, white, matte black.
