The Lepricon helmet is made with the same level of protection as the rest of the Icon Airmada Helmets. The Lepricon Helmet has passed multiple world helmet safety standards that includes, DOT FMVSS 218(USA), ECE 22-05 (Europe), SAI AS1698:2006 (Australia) and PSC (Japan). The Lepricon helmet is made from an injection molded polycarbonate. This method is to increase the strength and durability. The shield that Icon uses is a fog-free Icon Optics™ shield. They use a wider shield to give the wearer a better field of vision. The shield of the Lepricon helmet is part of the rapid-release™ system which makes for easy removal and replacement of the frontal shield. This system also fits the Tracshield™.

It is always important to stay cool and dry and the Icon Lepricon helmet has got that covered. The inside of the Lepricon helmet is lined with a sublimated hydradry™ moisture wicking fabric. This fabric can be removed to be washed but must been done with a very mild solution then can be placed back into the helmet. The moisture wicking material inside of the Airmada Lepricon helmet takes any moisture it has absorbed and forces it to the top of the fabric to have it evaporate easily. The helmet construction aides in this with 10 different air ports, 6 air intakes and 4 exhaust ports. This is all to increase airflow and remove the likelihood of hotspots within the helmet.
