(28.60mm), double-tubed handlebar that combines great strength, excellent resilience and a virtual guarantee against fatigue failure    * Design features two aluminum alloy tubes, one within the other    * External tube is manufactured from an alloy that resists mechanical damage and has been anodized to resist corrosion    * Interior tube is manufactured from an ultra-high strength alloy that is hard anodized to give it increased wear resistance from twist-grip and control movements    * Rubber seals are used to cover the ends of the outer tube to keep water and cleaning fluids out    * Laser marked in the middle for accurate positioning    * Available with anodized finish in your favorite racer’s bend    * Require 1 1/8” bar mounts
