Using this oil cooler requires removal of the stock air box and filter.

Description: A cooler engine lasts longer, performs more reliably, and delivers more consistent power throughout the RPM range. The ideal operating temperature for engine oil is between 180°F and 200°F. Your air cooled engine can easily run in excess of 220°F which means that you’re losing power and your oil is being degraded by excessive operating temperatures.

By installing this oil cooler you can keep your KLX/DR-Z110 engine operating at peak efficiency even under the most severe conditions. Unlike other oil cooling systems, this oil cooler increases your engine's oil capacity by 150cc over stock. A greater volume of oil translates into more effecient cooling. Easy to install, this oil cooler kit comes with complete, easy to follow instruction and all necessary hardware.
